George Kovakas, Director of Development and Technology

Mr. Kovakas began his long career in automation technology in 1979 at Arthur Young Consultancy in Birmingham. In the 1982 he started his own business developing custom business applications. In 1986 he signed on with a Data General Business Partner where he spent the next ten years of his technology career. During this time he developed and sold Time and Billing systems for Professional Service Firms. In 1995 he made a shift to a Timberline Software reseller (Vertical package for the Construction and Property Management Industry) as a consultant for their technical support department. In 1997 he wanted to again focus on Client Management Systems and founded SyncSite, one of the first Certified SalesLogix Business Partners. As a Partner and Director of Development and Technology he is tasked with keeping SyncSite and our customers on the leading edge. He not only oversees SyncSite’s custom development efforts, but also is responsible for all new technology evaluations. Mr. Kovakas is a University of Alabama Alumni.

 

Jeff Kyker, Director of Client Services

Mr. Kyker has over 15 years of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of integrated systems for a wide variety of applications in both the government and commercial sectors. Prior to joining SyncSite Inc. in 1999, he worked for AHT as a Sales Engineer and Business Analyst where he designed and implemented Financial and Clinical systems for Hospitals and other Medical Facilities. As a Partner and Director of Client Services for SyncSite, Mr. Kyker is responsible for the implementation and support of all CRM Projects. His industry experience is vast. He has managed projects and successfully implemented systems in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Non Profit, Manufacturing and Technology Industries, just to name a few. Mr. Kyker holds a degree from the Mississippi State in Starkville, MS.

 

Nicholas Kyriazis, Director of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Kyriazis has spent his entire professional career in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software space. Actually he's been involved with CRM software since it was called SFA Sales Force Automation. He has worked in both a sales and consultative role in the past with Timberline Software (Vertical package for the Construction and Property Management Industry), ACT! By Sage and more recently since 1997 has been working with SageCRM SalesLogix in various capacities. He worked directly for SalesLogix Corporate on their Major Accounts Team where he sold and help implement such accounts as Kraft, Hallmark Cards and Bankers Insurance. He was an accredited faculty member of Digital Consulting Institute’s (DCI’s) CRM University. Today he is a partner with SyncSite and is the Director of Sales and Marketing where he oversees all business development and marketing functions. Mr. Kyriazis attended Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
