• Custom Account, Contact and Opportunity Screens -Out of the box SageCRM.com has just about all you’ll need to track your account, contact and opportunities. We give you all that and allow you to add twenty custom fields total however you choose to the Account, Contact and Opportunity Screens. Pick list Modifications Included. The Opportunity Stage, Lead Type and Account Status pick lists are modified to meet your internal processes.
• Lead Mapping –Custom Lead information must be configured so that the lead is routed to the appropriate Opportunity field once it is promoted to an opportunity from a lead.
• Data Conversion –Templates are provided in order to consolidate and migrate legacy account and contacts into your new Sage CRM system. We perform and guarantee the import once you have it consolidated in the correct format.
