Training – Onsite Training for your users from a member of our certified Sage SalesLogix Training team. – This includes manuals to keep for all students, as well as custom printed addendums to the manual to match your tailored fields and tabs. This insures that your users will be trained and ready to hit the ground running with your new SalesLogix CRM system. They won’t have to worry about relying on someone at your company. Having all the printed materials will allow them to do quick lookups on everyday tasks, like scheduling activities and adding notes to company and contact records.
Anytime Learning - Access to Sage SalesLogix Anytime Learning for one year form your go live date. This is an on Demand training site for Sage SalesLogix that you have unlimited access to for all your employees, including new hires. All topics are covered in this extensive training environment.
SalesLogix Maintenance and Support (M&S) – Your first year M&S is included in your Sage SalesLogix express package. This allows you one full year of updates and new releases at NO COST. Also, Sage SalesLogix offers unlimited telephone technical support. Once again, this is not a “lighter” version of Sage SalesLogix technical support. This is the same technical support that all Sage SalesLogix customers receive with the purchase of the product.
SyncSite SalesLogix Support – SyncSite offers an unprecedented approach at customer support. We realize that after training, some people will need little helpful reminders to get them started. That is why we grant every user who sat through training the right to call SyncSite’s SalesLogix Support Line for 30 days from the actual training date.
